University of the Southwest

University of the Southwest is a private university in Hobbs, New Mexico, offering numerous baccalaureate and master's degree programs. Undergraduate students of the university can pursue bachelor's degrees in business administration, criminal justice, education, sport management, and psychology, among others. At the master's level, University of the Southwest offers programs in counseling, business, bilingual education, and special education.

Many out-of-state and international students live on campus in the university's housing facilities. These include one 192-bed dormitory, two 96-bed dormitory buildings, and student apartment buildings.

Through USW Online, University of the Southwest offers various undergraduate and graduate degrees that are available entirely online. These distance learning programs are designed for working professionals and non-traditional college students that are unable to complete a campus-based degree program. Online degrees are offered in business administration, criminal justice, psychology and education.
