Sullivan University is a regionally accredited private university based in Louisville, Kentucky. Sullivan enrolls approximately over 3,000 students and is the largest private university in the state of Kentucky. The university offers a wide range of bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, and is particularly well-known for its programs in conflict management, culinary arts, and human resource leadership. In addition to its main Louisville campus, Sullivan University also operates campuses in Lexington and Fort Knox, as well as an online campus.

Sullivan's culinary arts program is nationally recognized, and offers students real-world experience through its on-campus restaurant, Winston's. The Food Network has featured Sullivan faculty and students on several occasions. In 2009, Sullivan graduate Brigitte Nguyen won 2nd place in an Ultimate Recipe Showdown, and in 2008 Sullivan instructor John Castro won a Throwdown competition against celebrity chef Bobby Flay.
