Georgia Military College

Located in Milledgeville, Georgia, Georgia Military College (GMC) is a U.S. Military middle school, high school, and Junior College. GMC is funded by the state of Georgia, but it is not a part of either the Technical College System of Georgia or the University System of Georgia.

In addition to its main campus in Milledgeville, GMC also operates three extension centers and six centers throughout the state of Georgia. All together, these facilities serve a student body of over 8,000 students. The main campus alone serves roughly 1,000 commuter students and 275 full-time ROTC students, known as the Corps of Cadets. Graduates of the Corps of Cadets are commissioned as officers in the U.S. Army.

Georgia Military College Online Programs
GMC now offers online degrees and courses through GMC Online. Georgia Military College offers online Associate of Arts (AA), Associate of Science (AS) and Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees. Online distance learning degrees are offered in various fields of study including criminal justice, early education, paralegal studies, psychology, computer information systems, information technology, history, logistics management, social work, and general studies, among others.

In addition to accredited associate degrees, GMC also offers a selection of online stand alone courses and classes. Online students at GMC benefits from an excellent academic advisement staff that help students meet their academic and personal goals. Each student is assigned an academic advisor.
