Fashion Careers College
Deemed as the one and only All-Fashion college in San Diego, Fashion Careers College (or FCC) is a business college designed to educate students wishing to gain a career in the fashion industry. In addition to offering seminars in a variety of fashion-related topics, FCC offers both an Associate’s Degree and a Certificate program in Fashion Design and Fashion Business. These programs incorporate general education knowledge and skills with fashion-related knowledge and theory through the use of courses, internships, counseling, workshops, electives, volunteer hours and well as tours in the fashion industry.Those finishing up one of the certificate degrees offered at FCC will be prepared for any entry-level position in one of the following fields: Computer Patternmaker, Store Manager, Computer Marker Maker, Showroom Sales Rep, Assistant Product Developer, Assistant Designer, Sample Maker, Cutting Assistant, Assistant Allocator, Costume Designer, Inventory Control Analyst, Special Events Coordinator, Boutique Owner, Production Assistant, Merchandise Manager, Visual Display Artist, Assistant Inventory Control Analyst, etc. Seminar programs are also available as a continuing education option.
