Santiago Canyon College

One of the highlights of Santiago Canyon College is its excellent library, which was awarded a special commendation from the American Institute of Architects Committee on Architecture for Education. Students can access private study areas, computers, educational media and of course, a large selection of reading material. The library opened in 2006 and holds more than 100,000 books in an area of 40,000 square feet.

Santiago Canyon College is a community college housed in Orange, California and is known for its top-notch Forensics program, an award-winning Model United National Program and successful athletic programs, which includes a championship women’s soccer team.

The student population at Santiago Canyon College exceeds 13,000 with around 36 percent of enrollees participating in part-time classes. The student body is fairly evenly split between male (51 percent) and female (49 percent).
