Liberty University Online Degrees
Liberty University's online students receive instruction via the school's virtual campus, LU Online (previously called the Distance Learning Program, or DLP). LU Online offers degree programs at all levels, from Associates to Doctorate. LU Online is particularly popular because of the scheduling flexibility it offers. Many courses are given in 8-week subterms, rather than the traditional 16-week semester format. Online students are able to discuss lessons with their classmates and ask their instructor questions via online discussion boards. Online classes are also limited to 25 students at maximum, ensuring a good teacher-student ratio. The vast majority of Liberty University students study via this LU Online.
