James H. Faulkner State Community College

Faulkner State Community College is a public community college serving Baldwin County in the state of Alabama. The college operates three campuses: one in Gulf Shores, Alabama, one in Fairhope, Alabama, and an administrative campus in Bay Minette, Alabama.

The college was established in 1965, and is regionally accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award Associate of Science (A.S.), Associate of Arts (A.A.), and Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degrees. As a regionally accredited institution, Faulkner State Community College awards 2-years degrees that are transferable to any other regionally accredited four-year college or university – which accounts for most major universities in the United States.

In addition to its academic courses and programs, Faulkner State Community College offers athletic programs in baseball, volleyball, basketball, softball, tennis, golf, and cheerleading.
