Chabot College

Chabot College is a community college offering programs in over 175 areas of study and awarding over 100 certificates and associate's degrees. Located in Hayward, California, Chabot College's student body primarily comes from Alameda County, including the communities of San Leandro, Union City, Castro Valley, San Lorenzo, and Hayward.

Chabot College is organized into six academic divisions: Language Arts, Physical Education and Health, Social Sciences, Applied Technology and Business, Math and Sciences, and the College of the Arts. The programs offered by these divisions can be grouped into several academic pathways: general education, basic skills instruction, community and continuing education, technical and vocational education, transfer education to four-year institutions, English as a second language, and radio & television broadcasting.

Chabot Colleges offers many of its courses and degrees entirely online or partially online. Online associate's degrees are available in business and behavioral science. Online certificates are available in marketing, management and retailing.
