Campbellsville University

Campbellsville University (CU) is a private Christian university offering associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees. Located in Campbellsville, Kentucky, CU serves a student body of over 3,000 students, many of whom come from all over the globe. Although the institution was originally established as Russell Creek Academy (a Baptist institution), and although the school is affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, CU welcomes members of all denominations and doesn't require its students to participate in any specific religious services.

In addition to its main campus in Campbellsville, the university has a satellite campus in Hodgenville (birthplace of Abraham Lincoln) and an off-site campus in Louisville.

U.S. News & World Report lists Campbellsville University among the "Best Baccalaureate Colleges in the South." CU was also named "America's Best Christian College" for the 2007-08 academic year.
